Winston grew up in Northern California in a small town called Petaluma about an hour north of San Francisco. He is the middle child in a large family of 4 girls and 3 boys. His parents owned and operated a small family business installing luxury home theater systems in Marin county. When Winston was 10 years old his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and passed away a year later in December of 2003. Since his mother’s passing the family battled poverty and homelessness for the majority of his teenage years. Winston worked 40 hours a week to put food on the table for his family while participating in 3 high school sports with a 3.8 GPA. He received multiple scholarships to attend Central Washington University and began his medical career journey. Winston went to school to become a thoracic surgeon and graduated from Central Washington University with a bachelor's degree in Clinical Physiology with a childhood dream of becoming a medical doctor. Shortly after graduating in 2016, Winston found out he was not accepted into any of the 15 medical schools he applied to and began working hard on his patient care resume to strengthen his applications for the following year. However, the more time he spent with doctors and people in the medical profession he realized the medical industry was not the organization he had envisioned as a young adult. He became tired and annoyed with the bureaucracies and insurance politics that control the care people receive. He began searching for alternative ways to build wealth and secure a financial future with a career change so late in his adult life. Winston quickly realized that he needed to start studying and learning everything he could online about real estate and investing. In 2017, Winston started investing and growing a business in the greater Seattle area that he envisioned would be a great family business and would last for generations.

Weston from a very young age found interest in construction and saw the beauty in building things with his hands. At the age of 16, he negotiated his way into an apprenticeship program with a local builder and house flipper in California and worked hard to quickly learn the trades of the business. Weston, because of his hard work and determination, climbed quickly through the ranks of management and built a strong relationship with his mentors along the way. Weston has been working and learning construction for the past 8 years and has learned many different skills to be able to successfully remodel homes and manage ground-up construction. Weston has always been a big believer in being honest in all his construction dealings and will take the extra time to do it correctly to produce a beautiful finished product despite the added costs and time to get it done right. Weston quickly learned through his work in residential construction the ability to secure financial independence through real estate investing by applying the same principles he learned through the years, and he began studying investing and learning everything he could about real estate.

Although Winston and Weston both went their separate ways upon graduating high school, they eventually put their heads together and joined forces a few years ago, and have been partners ever since. With each of them bringing different views, skills, and expertise together they have been able to build a business model that helps sellers receive a non-traditional and customized real estate experience to fit each seller's needs and wants for a simple, flexible, and stress-free transaction.

Ashley was raised in a small town outside of Tri-Cities in Eastern Washington called Burbank. Unlike Winston, she only has one older brother. Her mother has been a school teacher for 40 years and her father focuses on his passion for custom woodworking design. Ashley grew up playing basketball, volleyball, and softball along with raising sheep for 4-H. She also was a part of a dance group doing tap, ballet, and jazz at a small dance studio. While she was in school she was a member of the ASB and FBLA holding roles as secretary, treasurer, and president. In 2011 she finished high school and attended Central Washington University to study the field of Psychology. Ashley graduated from Central Washington University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and wanted to pursue a career in counseling. Shortly after Winston's career change into real estate, she made the decision to put her dream on hold and help Winston start and grow the business. Ashley is now an integral part of the family business and helps Winston stay focused on his big dreams and aspirations to secure a better life for his family and to help others along their real estate journey to financial freedom.
